As Founder and Senior Partner, Eleanor Cannon leads a group of Chief Executives, Managing Directors, and Senior Executives across the UK. The Founders’ Group comes together once a month for a customised Masterclass, written specifically for the group and to then problem solve on issues affecting the performance of their organisations. Founders’ Groups are made of up to 20 Senior Executives drawn from across the UK.

Founder’s Groups combine their experience with having the unconditional support of a team of Non-Executive Directors drawn from non-competing sectors. Each member of a Founders’ Gorup supports each other confidentially and unreservedly. This support is priceless, particularly on the thorny, difficult issues that we struggle with, holding each other to account for tackling these issues with strength and courage.
